Share Your Pilot Experience
Your feedback is essential for evaluating whether the Course Bot effectively reduces time spent on routine logistics questions. Here’s how we’ll gather insights throughout the pilot:
- Teaching Teams: You’ll fill out two surveys:
- Pre-pilot survey to establish the baseline volume of logistics questions.
- Post-pilot survey to measure changes in time spent answering common questions about course logistics.
- Students:
- The Course Bot records limited interaction data to help us improve the tool’s effectiveness, including questions asked (linked to student names) and student feedback on responses through thumbs up/down ratings.
- We’ll provide you with a mid-semester student survey link to distribute to your class to gather their input.
We also encourage you to document your observations, pain points, and ideas and share them with our team. Your detailed input will be instrumental in determining whether the Course Bot is a scalable, long-term solution for MIT Sloan.
